What differentiates Guru from other similar products?

I found the predictive capabilities to be a differentiator for KB tool. I also found it easy to use and manage.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I was interested in the predictive ability where you can associate rules for content surfacing based on the contents on web pages on your browser. It allowed us to share relevant internal guidance about competitors, our own products and industry capabilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I recall having some limitations with iser groups, but honestly it could have been an integration or master source (HRIS) issue.

the taxonomy can be difficult at times.

come into the product with an open mind to workarounds. may not fit your needs 100%, but is a great product all around and meets business needs
