What differentiates Guru from other similar products?

Guru prioritizes in-workflow delivery, AI-driven suggestions, proactive content verification, and many other important tasks. It emphasizes relevant content with verified sources thus making itself trustworthy among its competitors. It organizes content in the form of a “card” making it easy for us to search, categorize, and tag.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are many features that contribute to making it a great choice to enhance productivity, real-time collaboration, and overall proficiency of the business. I really like its way of tracking content that is being used and facilitates us with insight view. Also, its browser extensions help you to access its knowledge at whatever time you need. AI-powered suggestions are relevant and are based on the behavior of the customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are a few disturbances that should be considered at the right time to maintain its value. For example, over-reliance on AI-driven suggestions. No doubt AI-driven data is beneficial but it cannot be accurate and contextually at all times.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Guru thrives on the latest, accurate, and well-organized data. It is recommended to have such a setup that continuously does a curation of data and keeps it updated. For this, assign an expert who can maintain relevant content and sources.

What differentiates Guru from other similar products?

Based on my experience using Guru and other knowledge center platforms in operations and training environments, Guru offered more features, ease of use, training, integration, and frequent enhancements than all others I've used. I would recommend Guru to any company in need of a solid knowledge center, or an easily accessible training program, especially for large and/or primarily remote companies.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My absolute favorite feature was the ability to link a specific Guru card in Slack messages in response to a question.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I believe it would be beneficial for Guru to have more video tutorials to decrease the learning curve time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Guru was the most intuitive company-specific "Wiki" I've ever used. If your company needs a knowledge center or is looking into creating a solid training plan that employees can reference as needed, Guru has you covered!

If you're highly organized and efficient, you may not want to hand control to those who are not. I've spent too many hours cleaning up irrelevant and duplicate cards.
