What differentiates Guru from other similar products?

The verification cycle of Guru were really important to our business. Love this function!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Guru has allowed us to create a culture of knowledge-sharing throughout our company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Small buggy items come up with some level of frequency. Their Support team is awesome, though, and when we reach out to flag these we always get solid responses.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Iron out the best practices before releasing to your whole company! There's a lot of areas for input in Guru so making sure your team knows where to manage incoming questions/requests is important.

What differentiates Guru from other similar products?

Guru is an amazing option for knowledge share and sales enablement. With remote work becoming a huge part of our sales team it has been an even more important option to share and make sure resources are readily and easily available. The display and usability is miles ahead of anyone else in the industry. Guru's ease of use and integrations are by far the best features and one of the other pieces that sets them apart.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The quick and easy access to all important sales information is my favorite. The quick search through keywords makes it so simple and fast to find documents.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't have anything I dislike about Guru at the present moment. It's been such a beneficial tool over the last 3-4 years.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Focus on your important needs for a tool like this ours was knowledge share and speed. We got that. I don't think anyone does it better.

What differentiates Guru from other similar products?

Easy to use + implement. There are TONS of resources across the board - the Guru blog, learning academy, guides + Guru collections for implementation, and an entire support team. The Chrome extension and Slack integration make it super easy to bake into everyday activities as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to quickly find and document important business knowledge.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I absolutely love Guru, but it would be awesome if it could automatically assign new folks to certain teams via a Blissfully workflow or something.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just do it! It will make your life so much easier, and make sure leadership is ready to make it a priority for all.
