What differentiates Guru from other similar products?

Guru makes it super easy to create a database of resources and policies which are easily sharable and all people can refer to at any time. It is highly reliable to thr information stored is verified at many levels, making our day to day operations easy whenever there is a doubt about anything.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite is that we have able to easily share Guru Cards and also favourite the ones we use/need often, so handy!

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't dislike anything at the moment but i would like to see more and more features added to thr platform like AI features which would make it even more interesting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely recommend it for the value it provides. I use it almost every day and I love the experience and how easy it is to get authentic knowledge and other company resources.

What differentiates Guru from other similar products?

The interface is very attractive, intuitive and fun to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to share out new knowledge card alerts and "ask" people to read them - you can then look to see who hasn't or has read the knowledge alert.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish there was an easier way to automatically add new employees to Guru. It's manual and requires adding them to different groups.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great "how to get help" tool that employees can use to get answers to questions fast, without having to search for the right person to ask their questions.
