What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?
GoTo meeting does well even in poor connectivity environments. Most webinars that i joined using GoTo never disconnected even when I was on the road compared to Microsoft Teams and Skype.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The poll, question and answering bars, you can easily move them around on the screen.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not really identified anything yet
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a good tool considering areas with poor connectivity , mostly if you are an organization in africa

Simple Solution but lacking one major component

What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?
GoToMeeting is a simple to use online meeting solution. Just like others on the market, it's quick and easy to setup and use and provides the features necessary for online meetings,.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
GoToMeeting does offer the opportunity to schedule meetings ahead of time, recurring or single event, or meet instantly. You can also record meetings within the software - audio and visual - which is very handy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This is the main issue with GoToMeeting - you have to download the GoToMeeting software to your device to join a meeting. Many people in government agencies (which is my market sector) have IT departments that don't allow for downloads without an admin password, which is not readily available. This makes GoToMeeting impractical for my departments to use. There needs to be an option for joining online without a software download.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
GoToMeeting is a great product for light use, but not if you have users that can't download software.
