A different choice other then Zoom

It has a different process for managing meetings versus some of the other application such a Zoom.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy the ability to mange multiple meeting that are scheduled.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The controls for live meeting during a call.

I would look at your options and see if it is a good fit for how you host your meetings/calls.

Easy to use and implement, but very pricey

What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?
The issue is the opposite, you have to procure multiple products from this vendor to get a fraction of what Teams & Zoom have available. GoTo Meeting alone has too many competitors. I would say that Citrix created a great product at the time, and took the quality aspect to new heights.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Quality and Customer Service would be the best aspects.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost. We used to have 25 licenses at 52 USD per seat. Now, we only have 1 due to high demand and features that Zoom and MS Teams provide, plus MS Teams conference room taps and ease of meeting setup. Even though technology is ever evolving, there's room for improvement by GoTo. However, it won't be with one product as you have to procure multiple GoTo Products and still don't have the full functionality of Teams or Zoom.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want something easy to use, and implement, this is the product for you. If you go with the lower Enterprise version its 52.00/month USD, which allows 250-500 meeting participants. This also includes file share, screen sharing as well as request control of the remote computer (Windows/Mac)(haven't tested on Linux yet).
