What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Calendar integrations and meeting scheduling features help organize daily sales activities. Remote sales teams find it much easier to manage collaboration and internal strategy discussions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Additional tools may be required for large scale webinars and highly interactive events. New users may take some time to understand advanced settings and customization options.

The platform is also very useful for internal sales coaching, performance reviews and strategy discussions. Meeting recordings and collaboration tools enhance knowledge sharing and support team productivity.

What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?

The great thing is that GoTo Meeting doesn’t require an account to call. I send a link, people sign in by typing their name. Zoom sometimes asks for a password, sometimes asks to download the app. GoTo Meeting is very easy for all of our employees to use without much complications.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite part is the recording feature of this tool which allows me to record all the meetings in it. This feature saves me a lot of time and no one misses the training. I can also see chat and polls in the recording.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don’t really like the outdated interface of this tool which doesn’t get updated at all. Zoom and Teams are very modern and beautiful but GoTo's interface is boring.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your training involves a lot of videos and animations, GoTo Meeting is better. Always save your recordings to the cloud, not on your computer. And most importantly, never have more than 100 people without a co-host or you'll be really frustrated.

My favorite aspect I can feel is that the GoTo Meeting is its reliability that it consistently delivers smooth, stable meetings without glitches, which makes it feel dependable, especially for important calls where you just want things to work without any hassle.

What I dislike the most about GoTo Meeting is that it feels a bit limited compared to newer tools while it’s reliable, it doesn’t offer as many advanced collaboration features or integrations, which can make it feel a little outdated for teams that want an all rounder workspace. It also has strong performance.

If someone is considering GoTo Meeting, I’d recommend using it mainly if your priority is simple and reliable meetings, not an all in one collaboration tool. It works best for small to mid-sized teams that just need stable video calls without too many extra features. Also, try the free version or trial first to see if it fits your workflow, and keep your expectations realistic and it’s strong on basics but a bit limited when it comes to advanced features and integrations.
