What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?
The video and audio in the virtual conference room are perfectly clear. The buttons for turning on and off microphones and video feeds are all properly labeled, and sharing the screen is simple.GoToMeeting includes a number of useful features and tools for increasing efficiency via online meetings.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The entire registration process takes place online. I can start a meeting right away or plan a video conference for later once I've joined up and logged in. With the software's integrations, I can also schedule a video conference from Outlook or Google Calendar. Both choices are straightforward, however, the linkages make scheduling easier with my calendars. An email invitation is issued to attendees after a meeting is arranged.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The limitation on active video feeds in GoToMeeting could be a drawback. The Starter plan has a limit of 11, whilst the other plans allow for up to 25 cameras to be active at the same time. For the most part, this will not be an issue for small firms. Restriction on the number of live cameras, on the other hand, maybe a problem if you host larger video conferences. The good news is that meeting hosts have complete control over whether or not cameras are turned on or off.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
the platform's integration of artificial intelligence is another plus. It can be a tremendous help to have the service take notes for me. It not only allows me to concentrate on what is being said rather than taking notes, but it also provides a thorough summary of what occurred in case I missed or forgot something.

The platform is secure. It is reliable. It is scalable. It is fast and does not lag.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There are transcripts made available and also recordings of the meetings. GoToMeeting is easy to use. Screen sharing is instant. A large number of people can attend the meeting. Meetings can be scheduled. Documents can be shared in real-time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing I have found to dislike, it has met all our needs and requirements.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend GoToMeeting, It has increased efficiency when it comes to collaboration and made virtual meetings very easy.

This App ticks it over the others when it comes to privacy, security and remote access.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I definitely love its capacity for data and file sharing instantly, in real time. Decisions are easier to make and time saved.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This App is heavy on strong, stable internet connection, so needless to say, sometimes interuptions in for example power can have you starting all over again. That's a negative i abhor.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As long as there's strong internet connection, it is the perfect online conferencing/meeting solution.
