What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?
GoToMeeting has played a very important role in both internal and external communication in my organization. Teams and departments have been able to hold meetings with each other whenever necessary and it has never been a problem. GoToMeeting has also helped us to expand the ways in which we can provide customer service and support to our clients without them having to travel to our offices, which has been beneficial for us as well as for many of our clients.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love GoToMeeting because it opens up stable communication and collaboration possibilities with all my colleagues. It is such a well designed and easy to use tool that no further training is needed to take advantage of its functions. Currently, it is used by everyone in my organization and even by many of our clients as it is a suitable platform for productive meetings, discussions, brainstorming, presentations and even remote support and assistance.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I feel limitations within the chat function, also, there are few third party tools with which it successfully integrates.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is my favorite video conferencing tool by far; it is very easy to use and its features strengthen my organization's communication and collaboration; definitely highly recommended.
