What differentiates GoTo Webinar from other similar products?
Zoom. Some companies do not allow employees to download software on their computer so we prefer to have web based solutions and Zoom’s web solution does not work properly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It was easy to learn this software and as the interface is pretty simple. It wasn’t difficult to access any features and it’s obvious what each icon does for someone with basic knowledge of computers. Launched the first webinar in this program without any prior experience and it worked with no problems. You can keep track of viewer engagement, record presentations, create polls, generate reports, switch between speakers smoothly. Viewers can join without downloading any app, you only need to send them the link of the webinar.It supports all devices as we had viewers joining with everything from computer to phones.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is a limit to viewer registration which I feel like is a big issue considering not everyone who registers participate in the webinar.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Our main way of attracting customers was exhibitions or face-to face meetings and because it's not possible right now we decided to arrange webinar and web conferences which GotoWebinar helped us with.
