Simplistic tool for those without complex needs

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?
It's a great product because it is part of the google suite, the fact it goes hand in hand with other GCP items from Mail to Calendar to the admin center itself. Having everything designed to function with other products is a huge advantage.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to share files outside orgs via the cloud. There is no need to upload/share files to different areas of grant VPN access to anyone, a simple change of permissions on the file itself for outside org is enough. It also has good security regarding sharing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Permissions and control abilities. It completely lacks window file structures which makes management difficult, moving ownership is a struggle due to security within the area, and the ability to transfer or add ownership within subfolders is problematic.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great for those in the early stages of their company, easy to configure and easy to use. More mature companies will likely require a different solution.
