we can share and receive the data from multiple people. we can save or store the data. Multiple people can edit the file at same time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

the UI is difficult to understand for beginners. Google drive provide limited cloud storage service.

it is the best platform to store and share file with various editing features so go for it.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

I also like the Google Sheet because I use it daily and it serves as a spreadsheet for me. I can also view or share files even if I'm not present on my system, and I can use this mobile application even when I'm on vacation. I appreciate being able to alter the access, modify, and share permissions for files and folders.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Android mobile application is the best feature that works well. This is ideal for me because I can use it to access, view, share, and create files from anywhere, even when I'm not on my laptop. This is the one I like the most because it's simple to use, lightweight, and has a sturdy user interface. I also like Google Slides because I can create PowerPoint presentations using its feature and then add videos, links, and hyperlinks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In my opinion, it is crucial to continuously monitor the development of cloud storage features when utilizing this tool so that they do not lag behind the organization's present needs. Only files created by the user can be changed. To quickly avoid garbage or spam in folders and subfolders, it is advised that you include the update option.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The Google Slides feature is my favorite since it allows me to construct dynamic PPT presentations from fresh and allows me to add nominations, videos, text, and hyperlinks as well as produce visually appealing and vibrant content. This makes it simple for me to share the Slides with anyone, and it also gives me the option to choose whether to share them with view-only or edit-all permissions.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

I can see files from within the drive without using an additional application because Google Drive is compatible with many third-party providers, apps, and file extensions. I liked how easily I was able to select which files and folders to sync using Google Backup and Sync. You can also even conduct online quizzes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It enables users to access previous versions of files and documents that are automatically saved and can be recovered to guard against unintentional data loss. Any device, including a mobile phone, laptop, or even a personal computer, can readily access it. It enables the scanning and uploading of documents from any device, as well as the ability to convert photos and edit them using PDS.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For new users without a technical background, the user interface (UI) can be a little challenging to understand. Although the internet is necessary, it could use a little more bandwidth. Another problem is that files created by other users can be edited and deleted by anyone in public folders; I think this should be regulated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You have the option to mirror your files, which will download all of your cloud-based files on your desktop computer as well. The user-friendly mobile application is what I like Google Drive the most (Android). The smartphone application is very user-friendly and fantastic. This is the one that I like the most because I can search files, share files, and create files using the mobile application just great.
