What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?
excellent collaboration. This is most usable and important for me during spreadsheet analysis because i rely on this aspect of google drive to work on spreadsheet simultaneously with other team mates of mine, without being in the same physical space as them.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
file synchronization on google drive is fast and reliable. it simply has never fallen short in this area for me.
What do you dislike most about this product?
no password or passcode protection for files that i share with people. Besides this, i do think there should be a feature which will allow me password-protect specific documents within my google drive for added security.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
strong collaboration is the most important reason to use google drive, as far as i am concerned.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?
It is being used in various departments to store, edit, manage and share files, Helps us reduce the number of emails, especially attachments to be emailed, Makes it easy to organize files for easy access, Helps users co-workers can collaborate with each other.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the secure storage, It's Easy to access, It has an Automatic Backup System, Makes Sharing easy among team members, Organizes everything in sections and folders, Allows online playback of video files without having to download them first .
What do you dislike most about this product?
file editing does not work well, sometimes we have to download the file, make edits and have to upload again.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's great for storing documents and playing large video files, and even sharing them securely with others, whether they're part of your organization or not.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?
Document collaboration and integration with a large section of the most valuable applications I use on a daily , is a distinct point of difference between Google Drive and any other storage software I have had to use in time past.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Real-time synchronization on Google Drive is commendable. In terms of real time synchronization across multiple device types, I am yet to use a better tool than Google Drive.
What do you dislike most about this product?
multi level authentication is not a thing on Google Drive and this becomes more tricky because my email is directly linked to my Google Drive . This leaves me exposed if anyone ever gains access to my gmail , as that will mean automatic access to my Google Drive content.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
collaboration drives productivity and for work institutions looking to maximize their productivity levels, Google Drive should be given good consideration.
