Great Basic Product, but better products exist.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?
Google Cloud Drive is a very easy to use experience and is very intuitive to start using. I love how easy it's been to set access levels to certain documents and the ease of sharing and collaborating on documents.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Google Drive has been the file storage and sharing capabilities. It was a great solution during the COVID shutdowns for our team to share files, collaborate on certain projects, and stay on the same page.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish it was easier to share files with outside users that do not have gmail email address. It is possible to do so, but it's much easier if someone already has a gmail account.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a great product for file storage and document collaboration. If you need more than that for your organization, you may consider looking at similar products.

What do you dislike most about this product?
The sharing aspect is a little stressful, especially when a person forgets to share with a specific contact, resulting in a back-and-forth request for approval from the person sending the files. A little improves for security purposes.

Our top choice cloud storage service is Google Cloud Drive Enterprise because it's easy to use and affordable. Now we save our content, tools, and files in one place and share with whoever we want
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We are able to recover accidentally deleted files from the Drive Enterprise backup folder and it provides content suggestions based on activity that helps jump directly to the files I most likely need

Integration with multiple business tools can help better collaborate with team members and avoid the need to migrate and move content from one tool to another to complete tasks
