What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?
The strongest part of Google Drive is that it is an integral part of the Google business suite, hence all your docs, presentations, and spreadsheets are located in a single cloud place. For businesses, there are many security features, but some require extra costs. It is a decent platform and one is using the Google business suite, it is basically the simplest one to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Integrated into Gmail, docs, etc.; Allows simple searches and lookups; And allows for desktop integrations as well as mobile front.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is no clear way to do very advanced searches or add meta-data to existing files; It's hard for non-technical users to use the client-desktop integrations.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure to educate your users on how to properly use the system, do avoid mistakes like having all the files in one single directory.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?
Google Drive's collaboration is unmatched by any cloud file storage service . It is what I rely on , for group document editing tasks in my department. It is fast , intuitive and even works on my Google mobile application as well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Am awed by the quality of Drive's search feature. Drive's search relies on optical character recognition ( OCR ) and this has allowed me to be able to search through even untitled image files I have saved on my Google Drive account . I must say the use of this technology has simplified how quickly i can locate files from my Drive, despite the enormous amount of files I have saved on Drive.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No password protection for files I share with people. Then , there is the low hanging issue of the direct link that exists between Google Drive and my email, which entails that anybody that accesses my email automatically accesses my files, without any authentication protocol.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Google applications make up the core of our productivity apps. Therefore, an important benefit of using Google Drive , is the automatic integration which exists between Drive and our core productivity applications. We have relied on this to successfully create a scalable in-house workflow.
