What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Google Drive is its ease of use and convenience. I love being able to access my documents, spreadsheets, and other files from any device with an internet connection. Additionally, its online collaboration tools make it easy to work on projects with other people in real-time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the biggest disadvantages of Google Drive is its lack of control over who can access and share your files. Without proper security settings, any users with the link to your file can gain access to it, making it difficult to ensure your files are secure. Additionally, Google Drive has limited file storage space and can be slow or unreliable at times.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

Google Drive has integrated access to Sheets , Docs , Keep , Slides etc Personally, I have benefitted the most off Drives integration with Sheets. Drives automatic integration with Sheets gives me automatic, real-time backup of my documentation activity on the Sheet platform , while also making it possible to track all changes made to my spreadsheets through version control.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sharing permission on Google Drive offer me unique options when giving third parties access to my files. I can restrict a person to only be able to comment on my shared files, I can allow them to only be able to read the content of my files and I can give them editing rights , which enable them to edit my shared documents and even make changes to it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When I share files with people, through web-links, Google Drive provides no option to password -protect the files I am sharing. The non-availability of a password protect function , means that I do not really have control over who gets to access my files, through the web link I share.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google Drive impresses easily, when it comes to the key areas one looks out for , in a cloud storage solution.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

It automatically begins active on sending large data files over Gmail. It is readily available on Google Apps and GMAIL as well which is the most widely used email server today.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Favorite aspect is that it has good add on services as well. Like I use Docx file on Drive to esign via a PDF file which I use for contracting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only dislike is that space is common with every Gmail account and therefore after 15gb, it is very expensive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I strongly recommend this product and I believe if used well, it can be a huge asset for document management.
