It allows you to collect payments from your customers from ach, bank accounts.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love that I can give my customers more options with Gocardless such as using their bank to make one time payments or recurring.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If processing times were a little quicker
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you handle high-volume transactions that are difficult to accept via credit card and want to accept ACH payments, Gocardless is an excellent choice!

What differentiates GoCardless from other similar products?
We were told about this payment software and we wanted to try it in our company and we find it very easy to use and it integrates perfectly with our accounting software. It allows us to collect payments from our customers at all times and without delays, using different payment methods, including mobile payment. It allows us to monitor payments received with the software and create all payment processing in general.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has integrations with accounting and business management software such as Xero and Sage, and many other integrations. This allows us to process invoices and make payment collections in the same system. Allows multi-currency collections from different countries, which helps us to increase our customer base and expand to international customers. It processes different types of payments, either electronic payments, bank transactions, mobile payments and online payments, to provide the customer with a variety of payment options.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The delay in processing payments can be long, and it is annoying, especially for the cash closing, not having the money in the bank accounts, because the system has not yet generated the collection and deposit of the money. The integrations made are very useful and have helped us to complement the software, but it was a long task to achieve the integration and configuration of these softwares together with Gocardless. Although it has a free version, it is not as extensive as the paid version, obviously, but some important functions are not in this version, which forced us to buy the paid plan.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It allows electronic payment, online payment, mobile payment and even payment in foreign currencies, for convenience and variety of options for customers. It has the possibility of integration of other accounting, billing and business management software, for better management of the software.
