Price, scalability, ease of use, including security.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Event Rules functionality. Very easy to set up file transmission rules for quick delivery.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I believe the report, logging functionality can be a little upgraded. Maybe a inhouse dashboard.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Customer support is very good at answering any questions you may have. The application continually getting new features and upgrades including laying the security aspects of file transmissions.
