What is your favorite aspect of this product?
IT administration of the user base and Terranova training content is intuitive.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Setting up simulation templates can be challenging, yet Terranova's customer support is very responsive and effective.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make use of all of the training materials. The online modules' opening sequence includes recognizable cartoon characters that can be used in mailings and electronic signage to remind users to complete the offered training and follow the outlined best practices.
