What differentiates FiveStars Loyalty and Retention from other similar products?

Thanks to Fivestars we have been able to reach many more customers because of its many customer acquisition features and marketing tools. The way it allows us to send campaigns and monitor customer behavior, makes it possible for us to know customers' tastes and preferences and satisfy them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Online payments are a very important feature of this software. Also the survey management has been helpful to know what products to launch and how to do it to attract new customers. And with the reward system, no doubt customers come back.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We had problems with the payment channels, but the technical support was very efficient in finding the solution. Also installing the software was complicated and cost us a lot, but with patience we solved it without calling customer service. It can be complicated to understand at first.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a very complete tool to attract customers and turn them into loyal customers who always come back, because it allows us to make marketing campaigns with attractive offers, plus reward features and payment facilities, which make the customer satisfied with the service and the product.
