Ability to auto match to purchase orders and auto approve non purchase order billing

That it currently does not have the ability to email internally/externally from filebound maintaining that history

I would recommend ensuring business processes are clearly outlined beforehand so that they can be digitised when transferred across to the FileBound infrastructure.
