The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

What differentiates EVA Check-in from other similar products?
We have not come across the EVA pass functionality in other products and find this to be very useful
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The platform has proven to be simple to use, intuitive for our teams, and highly adaptable thanks to the wide range of customisable options available.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The navigation of the tool is not intuitive for admin users. If feels like it was designed by a developer - the functionality is there, it's just not always easy to find.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Have a clear scope and run it by the Theta team for best practise recommendations. Also, make sure you have an admin that is tech savy. There are a lot of options, and you need someone to be able to make decisions on which options to use.

What differentiates EVA Check-in from other similar products?
My organisation was already familiar with Theta's work in other areas and our members recommended we look at EVA Check-in as a solution for member and visitor presence management. We did a reasonable check of other similar platforms and found EVA Check-in was a very attractive option for us based on a combination of features and price. I'm not too aware of the feature details of other products to be able to comment on specific feature differences.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
At our usage level, we're not able to justify an API connection, but we have found webhooks plus local scripting to be an excellent way to manage our data on a day-to-day level. Once set up, this runs with no problems.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I find the groupings of features in the product interface to be unintuitive for me; I often need to cast about to remember where a specific feature 'lives'.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Give it a try and see how it works for your organisation. For a small cash-strapped club like mine, it has been easy to implement with a couple of iPads and a couple of monitors/TVs so members can see who else is checked in at their location. Support is very helpful!

What differentiates EVA Check-in from other similar products?
Does not over complicate the user experience, we looked at systems that appeared to have all the bells and whistles and exciting dashboards - but we just needed functionality.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Forms - used regularly for site audits and reporting incidents.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Set up in the background requires someone confident in IT systems setup.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Does exactly what it needs to do, removes a lot of paper-based processes. Does require some setup in the background, but you can always ask the help desk!
