Abacus expense management has made filing and approving costs a fun, team effort by doing away with the month-end expense report. Abacus improves and facilitates workflows for expenditure reporting that provide the highest level of accuracy and openness. The great bit of this powerful system is how the expense updates on the app instantly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We can also manage KPIs like ROI and customer acquisition cost using the analytics dashboard, which displays expenditure trends. Abacus interacts with HR systems, accounting apps as well as productivity programs. By simply taking a picture of the invoice and uploading it to Abacus, we can handle receipts with ease. I like how simple it is to use the calendar and how attentive the customer service team was.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The alerts caused me a small amount of trouble because they occasionally came late. The software installation process is somewhat difficult and time-consuming. The biggest problem is that it's difficult for staff to locate rejected expenses so they can be recorded. What differentiates Emburse from other similar products?
The only real-time expenditure management tool that can automate our all-expense policies, balance corporate wallets, and compensate our employees is Abacus. All expenses are subject to bespoke automation that ensures compliance with the policy before being forwarded to the appropriate approvers; I've never encountered other systems with this level of enhanced capabilities.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love it because using this we can now easily input and verify expenses while on the road on its smartphone application, and refunds now take just a few days. I enjoy how simple it was to download and install, how easy it is to keep track of spending, and how simple and efficient the reimbursement process is. I was blown away to see how visually appealing the user interface and design are.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The first time we went to submit a ticket, we discovered that it was quite difficult to include a receipt because our receipt required more than one page and was very long. It appears that further steps were necessary to complete this; still, we managed to do it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Unlike others, it's an excellent platform for handling our workers' travel and expense reports. I can produce the report anywhere and arrange categories to track spending. I can manage it from anywhere with the help of the superb mobile app. It is a terrific tool and has been highly beneficial for the productivity of our team.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With the help of an Abacus, I can do any task quickly, and the most significant part is that I no longer need to lug about heavy folders of paperwork or photos. I enjoy being able to monitor my spending and be aware of the time they get accepted and the distribution of reimbursements. It's incredibly flexible and customizable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Infrequent delays in alerts were a minor annoyance for me. The most challenging part is making it simple for workers to resubmit expenses first rejected. The mobile app's cost history lookup functionality is not perfect. It's a straightforward and effective tool, therefore, I don't have any criticism to offer. It's used by most of our staff, although it's missing certain vital functions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The mobile app often freezes, which is a significant concern for me. Manage my employer's funds and it's a straightforward procedure.
