What differentiates Emburse from other similar products?

Provided the easiest way for us to automate how we reconcile corporate credit cards, reimburse employees, and implement our expense policy. Provides real-time cost monitoring and reporting, giving the company quicker and more effective expense management

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The software's real-time capabilities streamline and smooth expenditure approval, which is why we selected it as our best business expense tracker application

What do you dislike most about this product?

Costs may be processed automatically by Abacus but it takes time to define auto-approval criteria for a certain spending. For recurrent costs that do not fluctuate monthly, we are also needed to set up auto-approval policies

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I propose Abacus to companies that handle a large amount of employee costs. Given the time it takes to manually review and approve charges, Abacus is an excellent tool for reducing the time between expense submission and reimbursement

What differentiates Emburse from other similar products?

Abacus expense management has made filing and approving costs a fun, team effort by doing away with the month-end expense report. Abacus improves and facilitates workflows for expenditure reporting that provide the highest level of accuracy and openness. The great bit of this powerful system is how the expense updates on the app instantly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can also manage KPIs like ROI and customer acquisition cost using the analytics dashboard, which displays expenditure trends. Abacus interacts with HR systems, accounting apps as well as productivity programs. By simply taking a picture of the invoice and uploading it to Abacus, we can handle receipts with ease. I like how simple it is to use the calendar and how attentive the customer service team was.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The alerts caused me a small amount of trouble because they occasionally came late. The software installation process is somewhat difficult and time-consuming. The biggest problem is that it's difficult for staff to locate rejected expenses so they can be recorded. Another issue is that it's difficult to input data into our ERP system for how we want to configure the system.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Small to medium-sized firms can benefit from using this automated expense reporting system: Abacus. For hassle-free accounting, Abacus automatically connects payments and synchronizes with your accounting software. Your company staff can also use a smartphone application to submit all the expenditures as they occur.
