What differentiates eclincher from other similar products?
It is better than other programs because it is very easy to use, it has many functions, it also has good customer service, for these reasons it is better than other programs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I couldn't be happier with the service. A support staff on chat that responds almost instantaneously, elevates your case automatically if they're uncertain (also quickly), and integrates features that people ask for? Several times, I've requested for certain things to be added; in their emails, which aren't spam, they indicate they act on user requests. That's why there's so much to like about this course. Among my favorite features of Instagram's mobile app are its hashtag generators, visual calendar, and analytics.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's a touch more cumbersome than Agorapulse or Later. However, the benefits outweigh the costs, and the site is being updated on a regular basis. My best assumption is that it doesn't fill potential usernames while you're typing, and that when you make a mistake or get it incorrect, the picture doesn't upload. It won't be an issue if you make sure you have the correct username before you start. In addition, Instagram stories can't be scheduled yet. However, if people ask for it, I'm certain it will be implemented.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend the program because it is very affordable and has good customer service.

What differentiates eclincher from other similar products?
eClincher was claimed to be the one-stop shop to social media management and social listening. This is true, however, we struggled to see the return on investment. eClincher didn't deliver for us as it has for some of our peers. I think we somehow got a lemon, and we are not sure how.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We did like the customization and friendly use of eClincher. It was also aesthetically pleasing to look at. The reporting features were also robust and thorough.
What do you dislike most about this product?
eClincher was extremely buggy for us. Posts wouldn't post, some would double post, some trend analysis didn't report accurately, and most of all, we spent more time trying to fix problems in eClincher than trying to fix problems with it...
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend sticking woth HubSpot or Hootsuite. eClincher has good pricing and is great for smaller teams or small businesses but if you have a larger team, things tend to fall apart quickly. I don't recommend this product.
