What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?
I could say that it stands out for its reliability and general recognition as a service, in addition it is possible to create web links to my files stored in Dropbox. It stores folders from other applications like Microsoft or Google, I can have everything in one place. Documents can be edited in real time, it is very helpful for group collaboration, also offering approval functions. It automatically saves all versions of the file being worked on, which increases security in case of unforeseen events or if the user needs to revert to a previous version.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is more than just cloud storage, in addition to security it is also very powerful, you can send large files directly and without taking so long. What I like most are the customizable links, which helps to share resources that can also be emailed easily. I like that I can access it from anywhere and with whatever I have at hand, no matter if it's my cell phone or my computer, plus it syncs quickly and I can follow along seamlessly with what I've done on a different device. Several types of documents can be co-edited, which increases productivity if you need to work on something with more users.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Dropbox Business supports different documents, but you have to download other applications to edit them, which implies more requirements in terms of space.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend it as a central repository for various kinds of internal storage of the team or organization, as well as for the backup of all data, it manages documents and information very well.

It is more than a file storage tool. Makes collaboration efficient and faster by allowing sharing of files conveniently,access of saved files from anywhere and at anytime and also allow one to edits in real time without encountering any problem.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It 's security feature is what i love most about the Dropbox. Allow integration with other app I use eg Zoom and this makes collaboration and productivity more efficient and effective. Provide a centralized storage place where one can access files and documents from anywhere. Very easy and has a friendly interface.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have nothing to complain about this tool,it is a well designed product.

The user experience is amazing,remarkable,cost effective and versatile secure.

Dropbox Business is slightly expensive.
