Dokmee is the most efficient solution to manage and organize the files and documents used in our company. It offers the possibility of creating workflows adapted to our needs. The file sharing, storage, capture and digitization process provided by this platform is easy to develop and leads to increased productivity. Dokmee has the ability to ensure accurate content management that improves our business decisions in a fluid and enjoyable work environment.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Dokmee is intuitive and easy to use. It allows to store and locate quickly, regardless of the file format used. All components are complete, easy to use and easy to implement. Workflow automation is great. It can be connected with most of all daily office tasks. Automating business processes is simple and efficient. The customer service is excellent, whenever we need help, they respond quickly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only negative so far is that its cost compared to other similar software is a bit high.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This tool is easy to use and provides powerful document management. It also generates an optimal collaborative process and you have very effective security functions. I recommend it.
