What differentiates Docusign from other similar products?
it took me less than 10 minutes after sign-up to send out my first document. docusign is better than the rest because the UI / UX does not confuse me at all, its very streamlined and i dont spend time learning. it is the best for small businesses that do not have a dedicated it team to install and support. everything just works right out of the box and you can do it all yourself, exactly what i wanted when i got started.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that I could save my own signature and drag it into PDF documents sent to me. it helps internal approvals a lot quicker as i dont have to print anything out, just sign and scan back. the tracking option is excellent as well, I can see all the history of who viewed my document and at what time. it gives a lot of transparency that you simply do not get with paper based systems.
What do you dislike most about this product?
the cost can become quite high if you just have a handful of employees that send out documents. I wish there was a bit of a better middle ground for small teams.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
if you want to make your office work simpler, this is a right choice. it is simple to configure and extremely dependable for use every single day.

What differentiates Docusign from other similar products?
I experimented with some cheaper options but they just kept glitching or the emails didn’t get delivered. docusign is also premium service so it works 100% of the time. it is better because my clients have confidence that some professional company is taking care of their data, the brand name. the extra cost for my business operations is worth it, since I have never had a single security concern with them.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You have templates that I use so it saves me tons of manual entry work on a daily basis. i can literally get a standard nondisclosure agreement and send it off in under a minute. I also like the feature where I can add a “cc” person who receives a copy of the final document but does not need to sign it. it keeps my assistant in the loop without them needing to do anything. the system itself is very logical and the way things are laid out in relation with one another makes sense.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The first plan’s customer supports are slow. I just really wish they had a live chat that was available to all levels.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is the prime pick for an expert workplace. it is reliable and takes care of all the heavy lifting document tracking for you.

What differentiates Docusign from other similar products?
I have signed documents with docusign, purely because it just seems a hell of a lot more modern than the old school faxing shit. and the fact that we could plug it directly into our own website. it is the best, because it is set it and forget it. once set up you mostly forget about it and with the templates you have everything done once, which is one of the things i really want from my business software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My clients frequently mention how that signing process was so easy to do. I love that it works in any browser without downloading a plugin or an app. the dotted progress bar at the top of the document is a tiny but major feature as it shows you exactly how much more the signer needs to do. it stops them getting frustrated and quitting half way through which used to be a problem for us.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The automated emails ends up in the junk folder of my clients sometimes and that causes delays. I have to tell people to check their spam which is a little bit annoying.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To find out more, including a professional approach to contract negotiation is a must. it is dependable, and it is super easy for your customers to navigate alone.
