What differentiates Docusign from other similar products?

the difference here is that it is the most commonly used, so all people know how to use it. when I send someone a docusign link, I never receive a call back asking me how to sign. it is the most user-friendly experience of sending to the recipient compared to the cheaper more obscure platforms that would look like a phishing attack to an untrained reader.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the salesforce and microsoft 365 integration is impeccable. i can sign a contract in my crm and automatically save it in the appropriate folder once signed, and the document-tracking feature is also incredibly detailed, showing me each step of the document.

What do you dislike most about this product?

it is somewhat slow to load when working with extremely large files or intricate templates that have dozens of conditional fields. i also would like to see the standard plan include more of the advanced branding features without having to upgrade to the costly enterprise plan.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

in high-volume professional settings, this is the standard of the industry and there is a reason why this is the case. it is strong, dependable, and provides your business with an automatic spike in credibility.

What differentiates Docusign from other similar products?

I use this to get signatures from people who are not tech savvy at all and they never have problems. Its better than email because it guides them extremely well to the location where they are supposed to sign at so they don't get lost. Its the best because the "start" button literally takes them to the first field they need to fill out. Its very hard to mess up and that saves me so much time on phone calls explaining how to sign things.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The cloud backup a huge plus w/ i know my documents are safe even if my computer crashes. I also like the option to customize the colors of the interface to match my company's branding. It makes the whole experience feel more integrated and professional for my clients. The speed of the platform is also very consistent and i haven't run into any huge bugs or downtime in the year i have been using it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost for adding extra seats to your account can be pretty high. It makes it expensive to provide everyone at the team their own logins.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend this if you want a tool that just works without any drama. It is simple for both sender and receiver which is most important thing.

What differentiates Docusign from other similar products?

it took me less than 10 minutes after sign-up to send out my first document. docusign is better than the rest because the UI / UX does not confuse me at all, its very streamlined and i dont spend time learning. it is the best for small businesses that do not have a dedicated it team to install and support. everything just works right out of the box and you can do it all yourself, exactly what i wanted when i got started.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that I could save my own signature and drag it into PDF documents sent to me. it helps internal approvals a lot quicker as i dont have to print anything out, just sign and scan back. the tracking option is excellent as well, I can see all the history of who viewed my document and at what time. it gives a lot of transparency that you simply do not get with paper based systems.

What do you dislike most about this product?

the cost can become quite high if you just have a handful of employees that send out documents. I wish there was a bit of a better middle ground for small teams.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

if you want to make your office work simpler, this is a right choice. it is simple to configure and extremely dependable for use every single day.
