What differentiates Document Locator from other similar products?

Organizationally we have not used a different document management platform so I can't say what differentiates them from similar products. I can confidently say their support team is top notch. Our account rep responds quickly and reaches out to see if anything is needed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The amount of features the software offers. The ability to use the software for various departments and how customizable it is for each departments needs. Automation and workflow capabilities are extensive. Solid, stable platform that runs without a lot of attention needed once its up and running.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I really don't have anything negative to say about Document Locator. The rare times I run into issues with it, the support team is committed to getting you a resolution to the issue.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd recommend Document Locator to any organization who is looking for a document management system. Its a great company, has great staff, and its a solid, reliable platform
