What differentiates Docebo from other similar products?

I've been working with learning management systems and other SaaS products since the late '90s - Docebo's customer support is second-to-none in my experience. All such platforms have their strengths and weaknesses and this quality, timely support is the key differentiator.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I don't have a favorite. What's there is adequate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has created a lot of difficulty and limitations that all assignments must be graded. There is not enough options to turn some features off in developing self-directed, ungraded learning. Providing training for our SaaS products doesn't need grades. Our audience is working professionals, not school children.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If it has most of what you're looking for, the support will make up for the shortfalls.

What differentiates Docebo from other similar products?

it's 100% their customer service and tech support! They are friendly and knowledgeable and happy to help when needed (quickly).

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's very customizable

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would love if it was possible to sort and filter to search through catalogs, but it's not, you can only view them page by page... This is unfortunate, because Learning Plans and Course Management both have this function. It would also be great if your could schedule publishing/assignment of courses for a future date and time, as other I have experienced this feature with other brands of LMSs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The design of your instance is only limited by your tech capabilities and your imagination!
