What differentiates Deem from other similar products?
Etta uses OCR to automatically file expense reports from receipts, as well as import them from other sources. When we pay with our own money, we see the status of reimbursement live on the platform
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Etta allows us to issue virtual and physical cards and apply spending rules. The system promptly generates relevant reports, easily compares datasets abd has a user-friendly dashboard that help traveling employees access information at a glance
What do you dislike most about this product?
Etta didn't have the exact package with all the integrations and customization we needed. We wanted a package that will streamline our operations without adjusting to pre-established processes
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you don't have a well-oiled machine to manage your travel expenses, you have no way of knowing if your expenses are normal or not. Etta will undoubtedly bring cost savings, performance improvements, and a more transparent relationship within your company

What differentiates Deem from other similar products?
Etta maintains online records of receipts and bills thus making the claim settlement and reimbursement process easier for employees. It send alert notifications to notify us after auto-checking all travel expenses if any rule from the travel policy is violated
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Etta offers reports and dashboards that give a consolidated view of total travel spending for a time period. I take a picture of the receipt as proof of purchase and the system captures the receipt and categorizes it automatically
What do you dislike most about this product?
Every transaction recorded should be automatically and instantly synced onto our existing accounting system to ensure data in the system is updated in real-time to reduce any payment delays
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Etta is a user-friendly business expense and travel software that maintains consolidated data and summarizes all reimbursements. It is made with the flexibility to customize travel policies, allocate travel funds and authorize expenditures on travel each travel
