What differentiates Cynet Platform from other similar products?
In today's security landscape you need a partner with the technology to cover the entire network. The Cynet solution does a solid job and creating a picture of the entire network and filling in the gaps between devices that can run sensors and IoT/OT devices generating traffic. The alerting subsystem is very easy to understand and the level of detail provided makes it easy to perform any necessary forensic investigation.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The built-in playbooks that provide automation for responding to defined scenarios ensures that threats are not just identified but also dealt with. Being able to tune/adapt/add your own "playbooks" makes this a core strength of the product.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like to see an ability to change colors/contrast on the displays, they can be difficult to read in some low light situations.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure this, or any product in the space, fits with how you run security in your organization. This should make you, and your team, more efficient and free up cycles that can be better applied on other tasks.
