Great app, but website is tougher to use

What differentiates Concur Travel from other similar products?
I like the fact that you can customise alerts and limits to avoid any overspends or missed claims for staff. I haven't seen this before in other providers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its simple, but its very useful to be able to take pictures of receipts within the app. No need to photo then upload in the app, you can do it mid flow making a claim.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The biggest downside is using the website. In the event you cant use the app, the website is much more complicated and without any help is difficult to use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The best advice I can give is to use the sort function to arrange submitted expense claims by date, currency and location. It really speeds up the process of reviewing expenses by looking at similar ones in one go.

What do you dislike most about this product?
Concur Travel should provide a more automated invoice process that automatically catches duplicate entries. This will save significant time with invoice tracking and quicker payments
