What differentiates Concur Travel from other similar products?

It didnt differentiate much from other similar products but this needs improvement

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the way i can add multiple people for a single expense claim in SAP concur

What do you dislike most about this product?

The granularity part is missing & it's not that much user friendly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The product needs series improvement in it's UI part & dashboards.

The app is better than the desktop version

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Adding receipts in the app.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Searching on the desktop is a pain. It is slow and editing a search means starting over. Waste of time.
