What differentiates Splunk IT Service Intelligence from other similar products?

Splunk AIops Platform has event management, predictive analytics and incident response automation tools under one solution. This reduce technical overheads since no much integration is needed and operational cost too.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It reduces alert noise through automated event correlation enhanced by machine learning. It is easy to predict future incidents rapidly via predictive analytics tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customizing some features was challenging, but our technical team keeps an eye on it whenever there is an update on new features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To make informed business decisions, I Would recommend Splunk AIops Platform since it has robust data virtualization tools.

What differentiates Splunk IT Service Intelligence from other similar products?

One of the unique features with Splunk is the log aggregations. Being able to aggregate logs from multiple systems into one place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability to monitor real time events in the logs, makes it most important tool in monitoring and debugging and defects resolutions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integrations to other third [arty tools is complicated. Also as you load more data it starts slowing down.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is easy to use and good for non-technical users, it has good user interface and comprehensive documentation to learn how to use it.
