Big data management, performance monitoring and analysis, anomaly detection, event correlation, IT service management all these on a single tool called splunk

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy and effective way to onboard and analyse data

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing as such , but if you ask me then pricing 😉 , training are costly

What differentiates Splunk IT Service Intelligence from other similar products?

It is by far the most effective software for preventing unplanned downtimes. It has helped us stop the downtimes to almost negligible levels.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Greatly accelerates the meantime for responding to threats (MTTRs). Gives you complete full-stack visibility. It has a high adapting machine learning algorithm.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They lack a comprehensive training program for new users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Splunk AIops is the most effective and malleable tool to use if you want to record top measurable business results.
