What differentiates Splunk IT Service Intelligence from other similar products?

Usability is not as intuitive as some other SIEM platforms however with deep knowledge of the platform it exceeds the capability of some other competitors

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Searching using the query language directly into the main page

What do you dislike most about this product?

Usability of the UI once completed a search. Outdated presentation of information.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If the company is highly data-driven, Splunk can be a strong option for performing complex searches. If the main driver is the usability of the monitoring analyst another product should be considered.
