The transcription for calls, integration with Zoom, and ZoomInfo integration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like being able to review my calls in detail after they end. Coach and reviewing calls is helpful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish there were more help articles on sales tips and other articles like that.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Set up hashtags to identify key moments on calls.
