The design time when compared to a few other softwares is less.

Clean and fast consturction drawings

What do you dislike most about this product?

its a little complex to understand and learn

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There are other, much smarter softwares like Revit. But no harm in trying this product.

What differentiates Chief Architect Premier from other similar products?

Specifically geared to builders and remodelers with in house design capabilities. Technically advanced enough for permit and production drawings and pretty enough to impress clients.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Rendering tools, library catalogs and importing custom textures

What do you dislike most about this product?

Took a while to learn, and different enough from AutoCAD that you may be frustrated in the beginning.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Not for drafting beginners or someone just looking for pretty pictures. This is a powerful tool for structural and estimating needs as well as design capabilities.
