What differentiates ChatGPT from other similar products?

It's more conversational than other AI tools which can be a benefit or a liability. On a long day working, the conversational responses are welcome, but if you are not disciplined, it leads to going down rabbit holes because it's great at ending every response with a question you are likely receptive to answering and before you know it, an hour is gone. For that reason I find it less productive than Claude for example. Claude just wants to get the work done and keep you moving forward.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Just like one of the differences I pointed out, the conversational responses are enjoyable. I would have included the ability to create custom GPTs for myself and for clients to use, but that is what is being discontinued.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Changing features without getting input from its base of loyal users. I pictured a meeting happening at OpenAi where some person raised their hand and said "Oh, I know. Let's disrupt everyone's workflow by just getting rid of one of our most popular features! They won't mind because my idea is so much better!"

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't fall in love with any feature they introduce because it may get discontinued. Don't invest too much time into customization because features using that customization may just get discontinued. Limit yourself to allowing it to ask you no more than 3 questions that you answer to continue the conversation before evaluating whether this conversation is actually productive.

It is very user friendly and easy to navigate the interface of the product

No perfect prompts are required for output. It is very user friendly

not able to integrate fully with other microsoft apps

Make the best use of this to bring efficiency in your day to day tasks

What differentiates ChatGPT from other similar products?

That is where ChatGPT really shines for me, I no longer need multiple tools to conduct SEO research, brainstorm content ideas, analyze data, code and debug everyday marketing tasks. Since it deals with different work of various types through the same conversation, it makes my digital marketing and web development workflow easier.

I like most about ChatGPT is its versatility. Whether you are a digital marketer or web developer like me, it can help you with SEO research, content ideas, coding, debugging, data analysis and solving problems all in one! This really saves on time and helps me immediately transform an idea into a functional solution

What do you dislike most about this product?

Most of all I hate that the answers are not always accurate or current so I need to fact-check anything before using it with clients It might also occasionally misinterpret context or give you code that is not ready and needs more refinement and testing/adjusting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ChatGPT is highly versatile and would recommend it to anyone who will make use of its research, content creation, problem-solving abilities, coding assistance etc. Especially for wordsmiths dedicated to digital marketing or development, this can save hours of time on research. In general, the information used must be verified before use in a professional setting.
