I like the easy and quick access of features and function. It's saves times to find the element. All feature and elements are spaced to be clear use. The interface is handle and any new person can use it. No over complicated stuff. The whole process of recruitment is easy and quick to fill out and review as a point of management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect is the flow from sourcing to onboarding of the candidate. It becomes simple to over look and follow up accordingly. Each step is easy and sorted out. It becomes simple to follow up on pending work. Can handle multiple onboarding, paperwork, interview and job rek at same time. The dashboard is simple. Saves lots of daily time. The whole Package is wonderful to work and customisation becomes simple.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no such thing like dislike from the product. It's neatly designed and helps to save time. So no as such dislike.

I would like to recommend this product to many from my industry. I have even observed many upcomming companies have made a major switch to Bullhorn for better management perspective. Tracking performance becomes simple and easy as we have to stay in one product. Don't have to move back and forward in multiple applications to maintain and check the process. I would highly recommend and even managements are making the necessary changes.
