What differentiates Braintree from other products is its simplicity and straight to the point use. There is no confusion using Braintree as a payment processor which makes training others to use it simple.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Favorite aspect is its simplicity while always working as it should and having a great search function to find past transactions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Receipts can be formatted better to make it look better when sending to clients.

What differentiates Braintree Direct from other similar products?
Braintree's fees are fair and their integration with our front end website was seamless.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The integration was the best part for me since it managed to ease the burden. The next day cash deposit is also helpful to quickly get cash from the customer into our hands as we need to recycle capital quickly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The treatment and linkage of returns could be easier to track. Those can get a bit messy without a proper link to the original charge.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Anyone considering Braintree should review the fees closely and also what data they want to pull from the product. Braintree works perfectly for my needs but I know there are robust data platforms out there that may be better suited for others. The IT integration is also a real win since it's very easy to connect to the front end of our website.
