What differentiates Botify from other similar products?

The feature set and being able to dig into page-level details is unlike other tools I have used.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The log analyzer tools set Botify apart from competition.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Support services for the platform are severely lacking. This is one area Botify needs to improve in.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Implement it using Botify's internal team because they will get it right from the start.
