What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
You are able to keep work epically agile at a moderate cost, stable 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with consistent HR workgroups, and a wonderful deck of possibilities that are customized for us. There are probably other applications out there that are of less use, but the surprising level of confidence that it instills in us when we are installing BAMBOO is the aspect of the program that I value the most.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is that BambooHR is a very stable program in the HR team of my company ituniversal and this is essential since many times the backlog continues after normal business hours. Perhaps it is important to note that it does not cause me problems when entering from other laptops and Internet IPs and I am grateful for that, the implications of security barriers are minor in order to control access.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing in particular that I do not like; however, some editions and options are sluggish or do not work sometimes; yet, these issues can easily be fixed by making a phone call or sending an email to support.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend to the bamboo work team that they continue along this path of development and constant updating and to the HR colleagues that they are encouraged to try it because it is a stable and complete program, it brings with it talent management, payroll, administration and everything necessary to meet objectives in this delicate department.
