What differentiates BackupAssist 365 from other similar products?

Was in the middle of the road for pricing. Ended up moving to a cheaper option.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customer support was very good.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We had a few issues with restoring data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Shop around first, great customer support but the software didn't meet our needs.

Add-on exist for cloud and SQL backup .

Support team is slow in response sometimes sounds rude.

We are using backup assist for years it has really helped our business most importantly in terms of data security .

Pricing is affordable , installation is pretty smooth and easy.

Detailed report on emails after backup gets completed .

Time to backup is taking more which the product team has to still figure out.

Excellent help to have such a powerful backup product - recommended to use in small size organizations
