What differentiates BackupAssist 365 from other similar products?
This platform is highly efficient for backing up files, easy to use, and essential for any business. It also offers recovery options and remote access, which I find very useful. I would highly recommend its implementation.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
1. Easy to setup and use. 2. I like how it integrates with other applications like AWS. 3. You can create a backup for your SQL databases from a local server and have it stored on their cloud platform. 4. Single-screen control is very user-friendly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It lacks additional backup features and is limited to working only with Hyper-V environments. It would be great to have support for VMware as well. Otherwise, I don't find any disliking things.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider BackupAssist if you need a reliable, easy-to-use solution for Windows and Hyper-V backups, but be aware that it lacks support for VMware and some advanced features. Test its recovery and remote access features to ensure they meet your needs.

I wish restore logs were more detailed, but the result matters most.

we got hit with some malware, and thank god I had backupassist running nightly backups.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
restored our system and files cleanly. we didn’t pay a rupee to those scammers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
i now use the built-in encryption too. feels safer.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
if you're worried about ransomware, don’t skip backups — this tool literally saved us.
