Great VDI/DaaS solution from Microsoft

What differentiates Azure Virtual Desktop from other similar products?
AVD's licensing strategy makes is what i like the most since most of the organizations are using M365 products, if they are on E3 or E5 then it makes them eligible to use AVD service as well unlike other competitors who charge per user in addition to compute costs (CAPEX or OPEX depends on the platform)
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
AVD is easy to deploy, configure, resilient, auto scalable, highly available and provides options to have business continuity in case of disaster situations. It even allows organizations tied to physical datacenters also use this service by using Azure stack HCI model. It can be efficiently managed using Nerdio which acts a management layer on top of AVD platform to further refine, optimize and scale the infra based on usage trend or schedules.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Native AVD's image management techniques for non-persistent AVDs is not straight forward as it would need machines to be deleted/recreated which makes it hard for admins to handle the left overs especially when using MSIX app attach feature as the NTFS permission alignment should be done on a regular basis during this process however i am positive that these hiccups will be gone in the near future.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want a VDI/DaaS solution that has all capabilities that Citrix DaaS or VMWare horizon are providing today with little CAPEX then AVD will be the right pick since it has all the infra that is highly available across the world and evenly load balanced with many POP's that gives best in class end user experience.
