Jira offers a wider range of customization options so that it can be tailor made as per organisation needs
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With Jira we were able to plan out our project goals for each quarter effectively and also keep track of the progress on the same therby avoiding any possible slippage or snowballing of story points
What do you dislike most about this product?
At times the sync with other Jira products takes time

What differentiates Jira Software Cloud Premium from other similar products?
Advanced Roadmaps is an application that has considerably agile and flexible characteristics that allow you to start coordinating and following the development of projects. It offers the best experience to get started in creating plans. It makes it possible to define different types of incidents or tasks. These can be linked to the same workflow or to different workflows. It allows each user to define their own filters and dashboards, share them or use those defined by other users.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is very simple, basic and easy to use. It allows you to make precise estimates customizable according to the needs of the project. You can have administrative control of the activities of the company (projects, processes, procedures). It is compatible with practically all databases. It offers web access with support for the major browsers on the market, email notifications, plus many applications that provide additional resources to Jira.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although Advanced Roadmaps is an excellent tool for project management, the cost can be somewhat expensive. Its initial configuration turned out to be complicated and it can be difficult for beginners, because it is not difficult to understand its characteristics.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This platform allows you to plan, monitor and develop your projects quickly and easily. With Jira, plan your daily work by creating user stories, incidents, or assigning tasks and subtasks to your team members. I recommend it.

I do not know. We were using Jira so the first and the only addont we checked was Portfolio.
