What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Exciting to use especially on complex processes; it easily automates them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Requires skills, some models are complex Some customization is limited

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is hard to automate some business processes. However, Appian BPM automate complex processes to make your work easier. I highly recommend.
